1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to Glory.tv, including the Windows recorder, website, public capture pages, uploading, and sharing features (together, the “Service”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to consent to online services in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must approve your use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, access token, or installed application and for keeping credentials secure.
3. Recording and sharing
The recorder creates clips, recordings, screenshots, thumbnails, and a local library on your device. Nothing is uploaded merely because it was recorded. A capture is uploaded only when you choose the sharing feature or otherwise request a cloud operation.
Shared links are public links. Anyone who receives or discovers a link may view and redistribute it. Do not use public sharing for confidential, private, or sensitive material.
4. Your content
You retain any rights you hold in content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transcode, stream, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to record and share the content, including any game, voice, music, likeness, or third-party material it contains. You may remove your shared capture through the application where that option is available.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- upload or share unlawful content or material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- harass, threaten, exploit, or expose another person’s private information;
- share sexual content involving minors or any content that facilitates abuse;
- distribute malware, malicious code, fraudulent links, or deceptive material;
- evade upload limits, probe security, interfere with the Service, or automate abusive traffic;
- impersonate others or falsely suggest sponsorship or endorsement.
We may restrict access, remove content, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Service.
6. Storage and availability
Cloud sharing is not permanent storage or a backup service. Shared captures may expire after the retention period shown by the Service, currently configured as 30 days, and may be removed earlier for policy, legal, security, or operational reasons. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Features, limits, supported formats, encoding quality, and availability may change. We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on providers including Bunny Stream for video upload, processing, storage, and delivery. Their infrastructure and terms may affect availability. Optional bandwidth sharing is separate from recording and cloud sharing, requires an affirmative choice, and uses a third-party bandwidth-sharing provider. Recording continues to work if you decline or disable it. The provider’s own terms and privacy policy govern that feature.
8. Intellectual-property complaints
If you believe shared content violates your rights, use the Report content link where available or contact us at the contact form. Provide the capture URL, identification of the protected work, your contact details, and a good-faith explanation of the issue.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, abuse the Service, or when continued operation is no longer practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of content. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the website or application where reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the contact form.
